For ABSA transfers, we verify your proof within 24 hours. You'll receive a WhatsApp
confirmation once active.
Can I change my business details later?

Yes! Use your dashboard login (phone + password) to update your business name,
description, category, or contact details anytime.
What if I forget to renew?
▼
We send WhatsApp reminders 30 days, 7 days, and 1 day before expiry. Your listing
stays visible for 7 days after expiry as a grace period, then becomes a free listing.
Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if your listing hasn't been activated yet.

Can I pay monthly instead of yearly?

At the moment, CEASN uses a simple R250 annual subscription. Monthly payments are not currently supported.
